Management v. Leadership
Management is for Inventory; Leadership is for People...
And, if you don't know the difference, then you probably have never enjoyed being led (only managed).
A Leader is someone who will be followed because: 1) he or she has a clearly stated destiantion or objective; 2) the followers believe the destiantion is worth reaching; 3) the followers perceive a real liklyhood of the destiantion being reached.
What is Life?
Life is a pattern in time and space...
- Like any pattern, life is not forever.
- A change of persepctive changes the view of teh pattern

- A pattern exists only because we see it
- Perception is everything, there is no reality...
So, what has Golf got to do with life?
For some players, Golf is their life. For me, it's a great way to spoli a long walk (old joke, I know, but...)
